Fri, 05/22/2015 - 2:14pm

Take a look at what your child has been working on in technology this year! –All work is accessible online in their Google Apps for Education (GAFE) account unless it has been printed and sent home. Please access it by going to Your child will know what to do from there! You can also go to the Worthington website/staff and click on Linda Isberg or Eileen Volker’s websites.  Keep checking back or check the last week since we have a few more projects to post! The following is a list of what is available to see for each grade.

Grade K- All work has been printed out and sent home.

-Grades 1 and 2 have uploaded almost all their work to GAFE.  Be sure to check both “My Drive AND “Shared with Me.” Grade 1 collaborated with classmates online and grade 2 collaborated with students from Pointer’s Run Elementary.

-Grade 2- Look for an “Engineering Journal” (Booklet) coming home between now and the end of the year! Students have recorded all steps of the Engineering Design Process they used to solve a real world problem.

-Grade 3 currently has an “ALL About Me” in GAFE and will have a movie they     created uploaded by the last week.

Grade 4 GAFE accounts currently contain an  “All About Me” Power Point and a paraphrasing activity.  By the last week, they will have posted a digital footprint activity. A personal memoir and Nutrition Power Point were printed and sent home.

-Grade 5 has been working mostly in their online ePortfolio. To access: go to and have your student log into ePortfolio with their school username and password.
